Ha! Brian can’t take full credit. It’s actually one of the Buddha’s teachings about the truth of impermanence, and I think Anne Lamott made the saying famous, but don’t quote me on that. Luckily, the Buddha’s work is public domain, so we’ll take some credit today! 🙂 We find that teaching very useful to stay level headed!
